Contract Factory prepares a technical draft. A deal contract exists only as a separate immutable version linked to a registered deal.

  1. Identify the parties

    Customer and provider enter names, countries, roles and legal statuses.

  2. Describe the transaction

    Record scope, performance country, currency, payment, acceptance, law and dispute forum.

  3. Create an exact version

    Link the draft to a registered deal. The portal freezes the full text, version number and SHA-256.

  4. Review decisions and blockers

    Both parties separately approve or request changes to that exact version; the server rechecks Country Packs, authority and legal gates.

  5. Obtain counsel review

    Qualified counsel independently reviews every applicable country and mandatory rule.
