How PROF.MIR works
The journey from a need to an outcome uses separate, verifiable states.
1. Create a profile
Enter factual details, country and legal status, then submit the profile for moderation.
2. Describe an offer or request
Record the subject, outcome, mode, country and currency.
3. Compare options
Check publication status, relevance, total cost and Country Pack availability.
4. Agree terms
Define parties, milestones, acceptance, evidence, governing law and dispute process.
5. Create a contract draft
Contract Factory records answers, version, rule snapshots and a SHA-256 hash.
6. Pass the legal gate
Signature requires counsel review and release for every applicable country.
7. Work by milestones
Submit outcomes and evidence with timestamps and versions.
8. Accept or dispute
Objections must be specific; a deal dispute and a platform complaint are different processes.
